Essendi, formerly AccorInvest, is an independent hotel group and the former property arm of the Accor Group. A European leader in the economy and midscale segments, it operates more than 500 hotels across some twenty countries, under international brands such as ibis, Novotel and Mercure, and brings together nearly 19,000 employees.
Our mission
- Design and produce a live set from one of the group's hotels in Paris, for an internal town hall event.
- Orchestrate the live programme: address by the CAO, presentation of the internal competition finalists, live vote and announcement of the winner.
- Produce the pre-recorded segments (internal news, the group's European portfolio) to punctuate the live show.
- Organise the guest reception at the hotel, the technical side and the live broadcast.
- Manage and coordinate the remote sites (London, Munich, Warsaw, etc.) so that the event could be experienced simultaneously across Europe.
For this event, La Meilleure Prod handled the organisation from start to finish: guest reception at the hotel, set capture, live broadcast and coordination of the remote sites. The result: a unifying moment, experienced simultaneously by all employees, in France and abroad.
